Friends of Culture, a 501(c)3 non-profit, promotes the advancement of the Caribbean people in New Orleans and surrounding areas through its annual fund-raising activities.
Of all its events, Friends of Culture hosts the annual Caribbean festival known as Bayou Bacchanal, which is the major activity for the organization.
