Description

The Friends of Charlotte-Mecklenburg Animal Care & Control (FCMACC) is the only nonprofit organization dedicated to raising funds for the city's munincipal, open-door animal shelter, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Animal Care & Control (CMACC), and it's partnering rescue groups, in order to establish or improve programs of humane welfare, comfort and placement, public service, humane education and most importantly the ongoing commitment of offering free spay/neuter services to the residents of Mecklenburg County.
