Description
The name of this association shall be the “Friends of Beacon Falls Library”. It shall be a non-profit, non-sectarian, non-political organization and hereafter referred to as "FRIENDS."
The purpose of the FRIENDS shall be to maintain an association of persons interested in good library service and to foster closer relations between the Beacon Falls Public Library and the residents of Beacon Falls.
The activities of the FRIENDS shall include sponsorship of special projects; informing the public of the resources and services of the library; securing materials that are beyond the command of the ordinary library budget; and performing other services deemed helpful to the library.
