Description

The Friends Interfaith Caregiver Program touches the lives of adults who need extra assistance to live independently. Some of the services provided by the volunteers include: friendly visits, running errands, providing respite time to the caregiver, rides to medical appointments, meals, or just to check in on you.

Geographic areas covered are: Greater Concord, Suncook, Epsom, Boscawen, Bow, Allenstown, Pembroke, Chichester, Loudon

FThe Friends Interfaith Caregiver Program is the partnership of individual volunteers, health and social service providers, and faith congregations dedicated to provide volunteer support to people age 60 and older who suffer from long-term health conditions.
