Description
Friends in Action (FIA) is a 501(c)(3) corporation serving the Boise, Idaho metropolitan area since 2003. FIA recruits and trains volunteers who provide many needed services to frail older persons and their family caregivers, including companionship, assistance with shopping and housekeeping, respite care, transportation and home repair. Our mission as a non-profit collaborative organization is dedicated to sustaining quality of life, dignity, and independence for older persons and their families through education and volunteerism.
