Description

FCMI is an organization dedicated to alleviating the pressure of poverty on families and our community. We are also equally committed to attacking and ultimately eliminating the underlying causes of poverty.

We currently operate an Emergency Food Pantry located in the Marcia P Coggs Human Services Center near downtown Milwaukee where we serve approximately 12,000 households representing around 30,000 men, women and children each year. Considering current economic conditions these numbers will undoubtedly increase for 2009.
