Description
fresh art is a 501 (c) (3) organization started in 1997. The organization is devoted to serving New York City artists with special needs through fine art exhibitions and arts and craft workshops. fresh art works in partnership with art programs at supportive housing facilities, homeless shelters and senior centers. fresh art also offers its own workshops at facilities without arts programs. The artists fresh art serves are people struggling with mental, physical and emotional disabilities, seniors, people with HIV-AIDS and those in long term recovery from chemical addiction and homelessness.
