DESCRIPTION OF ORGANIZATION
Freeport West contributes resources, teaches new skills and actively supports the strengths and efforts of youth and families. It works with those youth and families most likely to experience poverty, oppression, institutionalization and violence.
Offering a wide range of hands-on assistance, (e.g. housing, in-home parenting training, assessment, advocacy) as well a collaboration for access to additional services, Freeport West focuses its efforts upon attaining positive outcomes for youth and families and strengthening the natural community supports which will sustain their efforts.
