Franklin County Caring Communities, Inc. supports positive youth development and drug-free communities through community development, youth mentoring, parent, youth, and community education, partnerships with schools and businesses, and youth leadership. Incorporated and registered as a 501(c)(3) in 2007, we have been in existence since 1997.
