Description
The Franklin Area Survival Center in Turners Falls, MA operates the local food pantry, and has been doing so for nearly 26 years. We serve all of Franklin County which includes 26 towns and cities.
We assist nearly 5,000 people a year directly through our food pantry. We also assist over 100 people a day with free breads and sweets.
We also operate a very low cost thrift store. This enables us to help fund the pantry and to supply clothing and household items (including furniture) to families who cannot afford to pay higher prices elsewhere.
