4CORE is dedicated to helping residents and businesses in Southwest Colorado decrease their utility bills and become as resource efficient as possible. These efforts not only result in keeping pocket books green, they will ultimately lead toward decreased dependence on foreign oil, a brighter future for generations to come, and maintaining a high quality of life in Southwest Colorado. The group's mission is to "Advance resource efficiency".
