Connie’s Bakery & General Store is a socially-responsible business founded in 2005. Purchasing decisions are made, whenever possible, to support small farmers and craftsmen throughout the Hudson Valley and New York State. Connie’s baking apprenticeship program gives a hand-up to Westchester residents who have faced barriers to traditional employment, and 100% of the profits are donated to local and regional charities.
