FosterCare & Adoption Community Solutions' (FCACS) Mission is to Support, Empower and Engage Foster and Adoptive Parents and the Children in their Care. We collaborate with local and national child welfare agencies, government agencies, and the local business community on existing programs and initiatives. In addition, we identify the unmet and/or underserved needs in the South Florida child welfare community and respond with innovative programs and family focused solutions. Our philosophy is simple “to work in collaboration with the current child welfare system to facilitate positive changes and provide the best opportunity for success for foster and adoptive families and the children in their care”.
