Foster & Adoptive Parent Advocacy Center (FAPAC) works to significantly improve the lives of children in the District of Columbia child welfare system. We assist foster, kinship and adoptive families directly to assess services, train families to be empowered advocates for the children in their homes, and organize families to speak for systemic reform.
