Description

Forgotten Felines, Inc.'s primary purpose is to control the feral cat population by trapping, neutering/spaying, and returning these cats to their original colony and familiar surroundings. By altering these animals, objectionable behaviors, such as spraying and fighting, are greatly reduced, thereby making the presence of these animals more tolerable. Some of our rescues are animals that have been removed from dangerous situations and can not be re-released to their former territories. Many of these cats are friendly abandoned pets, not feral cats and we offer these gracious, loving pets for adoption at the Petsmart in Jones Valley, Huntsville, AL. All cats are spayed/neutered and given current shots or needed medical attention. No local, federal, or state funds are received; we rely on the generosity of our community to fund our work.
