Description
The Mission of Fordland Clinic, Inc. is to improve the health of area residents: primarily through providing comprehensive holistic health care and increasing access to these services.
Services provided: Fordland Clinic prides itself on providing comprehensive medical, dental and mental health care to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay. For 10 years these services have been provided in an environment free of the stigma of "indigent care," services are provided on a discounted fee schedule, where all patients are invited to share in the cost of their care.
In 2005, Fordland provided 7,172 medical and 261 mental health visits, distributed more than $65,000 in medications to our patients through pharmaceutical patient assistance programs. Since June we have offered dental services to area children with a strong emphasis on prevention.
