Description

FAP is a 501 (C)3 organization dedicate to improve the lives of those affected by or at risk for HIV/AIDS through comprehensive support services and to help prevent HIV infections through education and otreach. Services include: Case management, Food, transportation, mental health counseling, prevention and education, substance abuse counseling, housing assistance, and homeless services, and eviction prevention for the general population.
