Description
FOCAS is an evangelical Christian organization with ministry work in the nation of Haiti, and in the inner-city of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA.
In Haiti, the work includes support of 4 elemnetary schools through a child sponsorship program, an extensive public health program focusing on pregnant women and their babies, an HIV/AIDS program aimed at prevention and at help for people with the disease, and on missions trips from the USA to Haiti.
In Cincinnati, the ministries include:
1. The Lord's Gym for men
2. The Nicholas Hoyer Sportsclub for children, youth and young adults
3. The Lord's Pantry for people from the streets
4. The Lord's Inn - transition housing for men.
The aim in these programs is real life transformation through an encounter with Christ.
