Description

This is an organization of ladies in Florida that has been in existence for over 50 years. Our Club hosts various events throughout the year to raise money for local charities. We keep our costs to a minimum, with most things donated to the Club, so we can give as much as possible to the various charities at te end of te year. Our recipient charities get voted on every year by the Club. Our charities cover a wide spectrum. Some examples are: an organization that provides glasses to needy kids, various horse rescues that help both people and animals; therapeutic riding programs; we helped get the first Jaws of Life in Marion County; we helped get a fetal monitor for preemies at a local hospital; we sponsored a Canine Unit at the local police department, the local civic theatre, when there is a need, we may assist a local elderly recipient who can't pay their utilities bill, and many more over our 50+ years. We love what we do and will continue doing it.
