Florida Dance Theatre is dedicated to bringing the art of dance to the entire community through education, outreach and entertainment. Founded in 1994, the organization consists of a professional contemporary ballet and modern company and a training academy for students ages 3 through adult. . Recognizing the importance of artistic influence on the development and growth of our children and community, we strive to increase awareness and appreciation of dance as a living art form and produce works of high artistic quality in a wide variety of styles. Our continuing purpose is to provide an enriching and unique, if not superb, multicultural experience for our community and beyond.
