Description
The Women's Breast Health Initiative (WBHI) focuses on the importance of breast health using a proactive, preventative approach against breast cancer. Our core program providesfree breast health awareness, education, screening and referrals though neighborhood door to door outreach to uninsured, underserved women in an effort to eradicate breast cancer as a life threatening disease, one household at a time.
Since 2006, we have knocked on more than 50,000 doors and our programs are responsible for finding breast cancer at twice the national average.
