First Step is a private non profit organization that benefits children and adults with developmental disabilities. First Step currently serves 27 counties in Arkansas through programs such as early intervention, sensory disorders/autism spectrum disorders,physical and speech therapy, adult and supportive employment programs as well as,independent living services.
