Description

First Parish Hingham is a Unitarian-Universalist congregation that was first gathered in 1635. It currently occupies the oldest religious meeting house in continuous use in the United States, having been erected in 1681. First Parish is also known as Old Ship Church for the way the meeting house was constructed.
