Description

This church offers financial support to New England Bible College in Maine, Adult Ministries opportunity @ Abba (A Woman's Resourse Ctr.), The Root Cellar on Washington Ave., Participation at the Wayside Soup Kitchen in Portland.

The church offers youth ministries lead by Pastor Scott Linscott called Prime Time Student Ministries @ www.primetimefbc.com and advises a team to New Orlands annually for teens to experience service work to those in need, each year still resulting from Katrina. Even after time has passed, there are still people that have houses that are barely habitable! These teens need to bring extra money in the event someone they're assigned to needs a new kitchen stove for example.

There are many, many other areas that can benefit financial support and more importantly support others through First Baptist Church in Portland Maine on Canco Road.
