The Mission of the Fire Safe Council of San Diego County is to provide education, exchange information, and foster fire prevention and fire safety within the County of San Diego.

The Fire Safe Council of San Diego County was formed as a regional fire safe council in 1997 and as a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization in the state of California. Since that time, we have developed more community fire safe councils throughout San Diego County than any other county in California.
