The primary purpose of the Femi Memorial Outreach Fund, Inc. is to positively impact on and make a difference in the lives of inner-city and at-risk kids by developing and implementing a wide range of educational, social and charitable programs and activities that would help them build strong moral, academic and emotional foundation necessary for success.
