A 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Charity Corporation, The Feline Veterinary Emergency Assistance Program (FVEAP) provides financial assistance to people and their cats for emergency life-saving veterinary treatment. Seniors on Social Security, people on disability or without jobs all may need assistance to save the life of their loved kitty. That's where we come in to help with the vet bill.
