Feline Outreach, Rescue & Education is an all volunteer 501 (c) 3 organization dedicated to educating rescuers, shelter personnel and the public about caring for kittens and cats and increasing survival rates of rescued kittens -- especially neonatal kittens. We provide on-site, full-day workshops to shelters and rescue groups across the nation as well as at state and national conferences. Donations are always welcomed and appreciated. Thank you.
