Description
Federation Early Learning Services (FELS) has provided quality services
since 1911, and is regarded as a leader in the child care field. The
agency provides early care and education for over 1,000 children
annually and serves families with diverse economic, religious and racial
backgrounds. Seven center based programs located throughout
Philadelphia, Delaware and Montgomery Counties and three after school
programs based in Philadelphia public elementary schools serve children
six weeks to 12 years of age from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm year round.
