Description
The Feather cares for injured wild birds in the state of Wisconsin. We started in 1987 and got our tax exempt status in 1991.
We care for mostly birds at the present time. We are located 2 miles north of New London Wisconsin on 3-1/2 acres set back in the woods. We have cages from 1 foot by 1 foot to 120 feet long by 12 feet wide for eagles, etc.
We also do sandhill cranes and have about 1/2 of the operation set up for those types of birds.

We do educationa programs for the public within 50 miles of our location. Schools, scout groups, nature centers, etc. We use live birds for these programs.
