FAMSAN is a 501(c)(3) Not-For-Profit animal rescue organization in Polk county, Florida. No animal leaves FAMSAN without first being spayed or neutered. We are dedicated to reducing the number of homeless companion animals in Polk county and educating the public on the benefits of statewide mandatory spay and neuter.
