Family Tree is a community clinic serving the un and under insured of MN. Our mission is to provide quality, confidential reproductive and sexual health care services to diverse communities.
Most clients have incomes under 200% of the Federal Poverty level and are charged for services based on their income.
Family Tree has been in existence since 1971 and operates with an elected comunity board of directors.
Funding comes from the sliding fee scale, governement grants, 3rd party payments and private donations.
