Description
Provides home-based and community-based support to parents and other caregivers of vulnerable children – those who have disabilities, are medically fragile, drug exposed, abused or neglected, and those at risk of abuse or neglect. The agency's mission is to support children, youth, families and communities by providing services that make them stronger. Current services include:
child care for children with special needs, life skills development, support for grandparents/relative caregivers, and mentoring for children with incarcerated parents.
