Family Services of Westchester, Inc. (FSW) is a private, non-profit, mental health and social service organization dedicated to strengthening individuals and families at all stages of the life cycle. For more than 50 years, FSW has been providing a broad spectrum of services to meet the diverse needs of individuals, children & families, and the business community. Currently, there are more than 50 program initiatives; 450 professional and paraprofessional staff (including Master’s level social workers, psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, educators, child care workers; nurses; certified home health aides; and management professionals); and an annual budget of $18 million. Some of FSW programs: Big Brothers Big Sisters; Adoption; Americares; Head Start; Intergeneration Day Program; Youth Councils; Group Homes
