Family Services of Chemung County is a charitable, private, not-for-profit organization that provides a comprehensive array of outpatient mental health services at 18 locations in Chemung County. Family Services is also the primary provider of Home Care services in Chemung County. Compeer, Circle of Friends, PAL and the Family Counseling Center are among a number of other programs operated by Family Services.
