Description
Interfaith Hospitality Network: provides shelter to homeless families with dependent children. These families are assisted with job search, access to all services for which they qualify, whole family case management, access to medical & dental care, permanent income-based housing, furniture for their homes, purchase of a car, a savings plan, mailbox, phone service and follow up after they leave the agency which includes Homeless Prevention Services.
Manna Program: provides furniture, appliances and household items free of charge to families in our program and families in the community who have lost their personal items due to eviction or fire.
Salt & Light Food Pantry: provides food, personal hygiene products and household cleaning supplies to families who have completed our program.
