Description
The Family Outreach and Counseling Center, Inc. (FOCC), is a private non-profit center which provides comprehensive services for high-risk families living in Mecklenburg County and surrounding areas. The FOCC was founded in 1982 by Dona M. Patterson, who serves as the Executive Director/President. Mrs. Patterson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified School Social Worker, and Family and Community Mediator.
The mission of the Family Outreach & Counseling Center, Inc. is to serve residents who have problems associated with family issues or who lack information about resources, services or programs for low and moderate-income people.
