Family Hospice is a non-profit hospice serving six counties in southwestern Illinois. Family Hospice is a small agency that provides compassionate care not just for the end of life, but for all of life. As part of our committment to our community, Family Hospice offers free grief support services for children, teens, and families through the Heartlinks Grief Center. Just as Family Hospice cares for the terminally ill and their loved ones without ever charging a family for their services, Heartlinks services are offered free to anyone in the community who has experienced the death of a loved one.
