Description
FESCO is a 501(c)3 agency located in Hayward, California. Since 1986 we have provided emergency shelter to homeless families in Alameda County. Single parents (male or female) or couples with minor children are all eligible for shelter, food and basic services. Trained professionals provide counseling for families, adults and children. Job, school and housing referrals are all available. Two transitional housing facilities provide longer-term residential services for families as they begin work and school. An Aftercare program also maintains contact as residents move on to new lives. We serve approximately 100 homeless families each year.
