Family Care for Children & Youth, Inc. (FCCY) provides community based services throughout Pennsylvania in our six regional program offices. Specifically, Family Care for Children & Youth, Inc. provides the following services to children and families: Family Based Services Foster Care (including Preparation for Independent Living); Emergency Shelter Foster Care; Kinship Care Home Studies; Kinship Care; Respite Care; and Adoption services.
