Description

Family and Community Services of Somerset County is a 501C nonprofit agency that provides a wide range of counseling and other services to children, adolescents, adults, and their families throughout Somerset County and surrounding areas. The two largest programs are the Individual and Family/Mental Health Program and the Addictions Program. In both these programs individual, couples, family, and group counseling services are offered to people of all ages on a sliding scale fee basis based on income and size of family. The majority of our clients are in the lower income range. All counseling services are provided by certified and licensed professionals. The agency also has two Spanish speaking counselors who provide services to an ever increasing population of Latino clients. There are also two part-time psychiatrist who provide psychiatric and medication assessments and monitoring. Clients pay sliding scale fees for these services also.
