Description
The Resource Center will be located in Columbiana County, a rural Appalachian community experiencing high levels of generational poverty and drug/alcohol use. Some of the programs offered through the Resource Center include, workshops on NCLB, IDEA, Transitional needs of children, the Recovery process, and making referrals to fill service gaps, which families experience on a daily basis.
