    Mission Families Together in New York State achieves its mission by offering youth and families support, advocacy, education, and information & referral. Families Together strives to eradicate stigma by increasing awareness of the mental health needs of children. Programs Families Together in New York State has nine chapters representing every region of New York State, including New York City. The organization offers: toll free information and referral line (888-326-8644) and website (www.ftnys.org); outreach and training programs for youth, families and service providers; statewide annual conference and legislative luncheon (both held in Albany, NY) attended by youth, families, policymakers, service providers and other concerned citizens; ongoing technical assistance to other family-run organizations; Children's Mental Health Action Network and other advocacy programs; newsletter and other publications related to children's mental health.
