Description

Faith C.D.C. is a non-profit 501c3 Mission of Faith Presbyterian Church in Austin,Tx.We have been a mission for over forty years. We are one of a handful of Child Dev. Centers in Austin that is N.A.E.Y.C. accredited that takes children from WorkForce(low income families). We have highly qualified teachers-great teacher to student ratios-and have child Development specialist that visit our campus to be sure our kiddos will be prepared for school. The children learn by positive play.We serve them two hot meals and a snack daily. As any non profit-our budget runs on "fumes" some months. We recently received our first grant, but that money is targeted for certain purposes-so we rely on fundraisers at least annually to keep our budget positive. This school is highly effective, our kids have been tracked for years ,and most of them go on to be very successful. We do not teach religious doctrine-peaceful behavior by positive guidance is our way.The children are 18 months -5 years.
