Description

Since 1967 the CAC has been serving the “at-risk” & “in-crisis” populations living in the Solano County area through “information & referral” services & direct human/social services so that we may help some to live more self-sufficient, independent & dignified lives. We provide services such as Food, Clothing & Shelter, Supportive Services, Rental Assistance, Transportation Vouchers, Homeless Assistance & Prevention & “Holiday Baskets & Toys”. In addition we provide Information about & Referrals to other community based organizations, churches &/or government agencies that can help our clients with additional needs. Through our Case Management program other premium services are also available. The CAC serves about 1,000 clients every year. Our clients are the homeless, sometimes hopeless & hungry people living in our area. They include anyone who might be in need. They could be someone you know, your neighbor, your friend or your close family member, or one day we might serve you…
