Description

Extended hands Outreach Inc is a non-for-profit organization that assit women and children with issues related to: disabilities, homeless, health, education, substance abuse and employment. We have several programs for schools and other community organizations. these programs are the Trunk of Hope and Continued Growth for Chicago Public School high school juniors and seniors and the "Look At Me" Self-esteem program for young girls between 13-21.
