Description

Excel Academy is Washington, D.C.'s first all-girls public charter school. Currently serving girls from Pre-School (age 3) through 1st grade, Excel will grow to serve students up to the 8th grade. Excel provides a free, academically rigorous, all-girls educational model for families from across the District of Columbia. Located in Ward 8 and committed to serving the city's most economically disadvantaged students, Excel uses a co-teacher model to ensure small-group, center-based learning.
