Description
Founded in 1963, Evergreen is an independent, co-educational school for children from age 2½ to 12 years. Evergreen is dedicated to the philosophy of Dr. Maria Montessori, which recognizes a child's need to learn academic skills, observe the environment, do independent work, and cooperate in a community. The school includes a primary program (age 2½ to 6 +) and an elementary program (grades 1 through 6). The school offers before and after-school care, holiday care, and a summer camp program.
