Description

Evergreen helps adults get the most out of life in the second half. Our activity center features a pool, fitness center and programming, computer lab, enrichment program, music, travel, dining and more. Evergreen Senior Care Services assists elderly and health-impaired adults and their caregivers with support services, adult day services and in-home care.
