Description

The EscaRosa Coalition on the Homeless (ECOH) was organized in 1989 by several community leaders to coordinate efforts and access the needs of the homeless in the greater Pensacola community. It later expanded its scope to include both Escambia and Santa Rosa counties. ECOH serves as the “hub” of service delivery for the poor and homeless in these two counties. Not primarily a direct service provider, ECOH coordinates service providers and promotes homeless issues, bringing awareness and resources to the needs of the homeless and those in peril of homelessness.
